Event Objectives:
To provide the best training available from multiple carriers, in a single location, to telecom agents, reps and business users, available in America.
Training will cover carrier capabilities, current products and services, implementation and support issues and compensation.
Who may attend the classes?
Any telecom agent, direct carrier sales, support or technical representatives, interconnect company representatives, business telecom executives or any other interested party. You do not need to be a KeaneTel Sales Partner or customer.
Note: Carrier employees may only attend their own companies training sessions. For example: A Verizon direct sales rep my attend Verizon classes but not Qwest classes.
What is the format of the classes?
Classes are typically one to two hours in length each. A specific carrier will have one or more timeslots assigned to them based upon their specific sponsorship level and date of signup. The carriers training personnel will conduct their presentations. Each carrier will provide detailed product, process and other information to the trainee on a jump drive, The jump drive will be provided free to all attendees.
What content will be offered?
Each participating carrier will determine their respective topic. See the schedule for details after 2/15/2008. The main topics this year will be the major industry drivers:
